The firm has successfully planned and designed projects of all scales of the built environment for a diverse list of public and private clients both domestically and internationally. We strive to find and develop each project’s unique story based on site contextual design through the perspective of our client’s vision.
M2L is equally adept at working with developers, engineers, architects, public officials and community leaders to plan for the needs of a community. The firm has been a valuable contributor on multi-disciplinary design teams such as the Houston Main Street LS-5 Light Rail and Main Street Square Projects, and as a proven project design team leader in the firm’s multi-year (80 projects of $65,000,000 in value since 2002) task order contracts for the City of Houston General Services Department and Parks Division. Our firm specializes in finding creative solutions to publicly funded projects and the diverse regulatory environment that exists in this market sector. Our extensive public sector experience includes Federal, State, and local agencies and political subdivisions such as management districts and redevelopment authorities.
Dedicated to being a true steward of the land, M2L employs certified arborists, LEED AP and certified green roof professionals to enhance the firm’s expertise in landscape architecture and land planning. We provide a sensible approach to tree preservation and protection of the environment and have worked with numerous engineers, providing arborist and low impact development services for site-specific and corridor infrastructure projects throughout the Houston Gulf Coast Region.
