Mr. Lin has over 29 years of experiences in transportation as well as community and environmental planning. Mr. Lin has successfully completed numerous community transportation studies, traffic impact analyses, transit corridor analyses, facility design, parking studies, airport master plan, as well as corridor environmental and beautification studies. In addition Mr. Lin has expertise in travel demand modeling, volume/capacity analysis, and parking study demand analysis. Mr. Lin, formerly a principal with SLA Studio Land Inc., had served as SLA's office manager and president, including office directorships in land planning, computer management, CAD, and overall project management since the firm’s founding in 1994. The multidisciplinary planning and design experience Mr. Lin has in both domestic and international markets has prepared him to be a well rounded and creative professional capable of handling complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Mr. Lin’s broad land use and community master plan experience includes projects in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Round Rock, McAllen, Deer Park, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Pearland, League City, Friendswood, Texas; and in Tennessee, Alabama, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Ohio states; as well as projects in Japan, Mexico, Taiwan, Philippines, Paraguay, China, England, and Ireland.
