Ms. Rogers has greater than 27 years of both design and planning experience in park planning, land use planning, plan processing, and landscape architecture. Her experience in both design and project management of multi-use land development projects has provided her with the capability of handling complex multi-disciplinary projects. Ms. Rogers has gained invaluable project management and community facilitation skills working on projects in several municipalities while employed in the Houston area. While both in California and Texas, Ms. Rogers served as a project manager preparing design and construction documents, including field observation, for a variety of commercial and residential projects. Ms. Rogers is leading M2L’s efforts in sustainable design and is a LEED accredited professional.
