Community Landscape

M2L approaches community landscape design from an integrated planning approach. Garden design requires the landscape architect to expand their focus beyond traditional landscape architectural methodology. The way in which a garden is designed can impact and effect the visitor. Parks and Recreation

No single community component has as much impact on our physical and psychological well being than parks and open spaces. Parks impact us in ways that are not always apparent as they provide opportunities for community interaction among all citizens of a community regardless of age, sex, race, culture, and economic standing. A strong sense of community ownership and belonging is afforded by successful parks and open spaces.

M2L and its staff of design professionals have successfully planned and designed numerous parks, recreation, planned and designed numerous parks, recreation, community centers, and open space projects for a wide variety of public and private clients. The firm focuses it’s efforts for parks and open space projects on providing a variety of active and passive activities to maximize a park’s recreational opportunities.
